Auto / Quick Month End

Every computer system needs to go through a month-end process, conceivably shutting down your computer system for a day or longer. Not with MEDENT. Our system offers a significant design advantage over our competitors. When you have completed a month you simply start the new month. At your own convenience, you can run the desired reports for the prior month AT THE SAME TIME you are operating in the new month. MEDENT allows you to optimize the use of your computer at all times.

Workers Compensation, C-4, C-5, and PT-4 Forms

MEDENT offers the most complete and automated workers compensation forms generator. Once a form for a patient is entered into the system, the program automatically draws from the patient, doctor, practice, and insurance information already on file. Simply type in the additional information and it is all saved so it can be updated by you in the future. Recalls

Recalls can be used when the patient is going to be seen in the distant future, and the practice/patient does not want to schedule this far in advance. The Recall system and the Office appointments work together so when an appointment is made, if the patient has an open recall, it pops on the screen so it can be closed. This way when running the report for second notice any patients that have called in and made their appointments do not show on the report. Depending on how sophisticated the recall needs to be, the Disease Management tracking and reporting capability may be the most ideal method to automatically track patients that should return for maintenance followup care.
