Data Export Module

This MEDENT option offers a powerful strategy to download data into other computer programs such as spreadsheets, report writers, patient calling systems or managed care study programs. Information can be qualified and selected from MEDENT based on a variety of criteria. This criteria can be named and saved for future use. The operator can pick the MEDENT data fields desired and decide the order in which they will appear in an ASCII file. Once the file has been created it can be downloaded to diskettes or transferred across a network. A single patient or group of patients information can be exported. Accounting transactions or Office Appointment information can also be exported. Most medical practices don't have a need for this module but if there is some advantage for your office it is available and easy to setup and use.
