HIPPA Digital Sign Module

In the patient information screen, there is a link for HIPAA questions, authorized persons to speak with and the practices Patient HIPAA Privacy Statement”.

This module provides the practice the capability for the patient to sign this screen with their digital signature. This screen can be printed out and filed in the paper chart or remain in the system for viewing on the screen and printing, on demand, if required. The TT1500LCD Signature Capture Pad, by HHP/Welch Allyn, is also required. Please note, this same device can be used in MEDENT documents by clients that also own the MEDENT EMR system.
