Problem List

The MEDENT Problem List is an overview area that provides information about the patient based on diagnosis and notes and divided into two categories, Most Recent Problems and Major/Chronic Problems. The Problem List is designed to allow progress notes to be automatically updated, eliminating redundant data entry.
