Vista Speech Recognition

MEDENT provides "command and control" as well as dictation when using the Windows Vista Speech Recognition program. Extensive programming has been done so that the command and control is simple, fast, easy, and efficient to use. Point and click medical procedures and HPI's can all be done with Speech using what we refer to as MEDENT Speech Numbers. This makes the system very simple and intuitive. Saying regular dictation has also been enhanced by the MEDENT design that lets adding any new words happen rapidly. MEDENT checks the MS speech list, if the word does not exist there, the user can add it to the user's "add in list". The user can also record the pronunciation of the word. This allows the user to create a custom vocabulary very quickly and efficiently.
