Triage-Patient Contact
Record every patient contact and inquiry in a central file, organized and controlled by the provider. When a response is completed, it is stored automatically in the patient's chart. This allows for quicker response time because with one click you can access the patient's chart from within the triage. Triage forms can be used with fast point-and-click documenting along with shorthand. If you prefer to talk instead of type, digital recording can also be used and you can play back the message when desired.
