A Document Importing function is included with the MEDENT system to help make the Electronic Patient Chart as useful and complete as possible. Any document stored in the Microsoft Word format can be imported directly into the patient's chart and can be routed to any user at the same time. MS Excel documents can also be imported, along with PDF files and general image documents. E-Mail and documents on other software that are accessible from the same desktop computer as the MEDENT Electronic Medical Records system can be quickly and easily copied or cut and pasted into the patient's electronic chart as well. |
