Documents Routing & Distribution

When the transcriptionist finishes a document it can be sent to the doctor for a final review and an electronic signature. The document is available for viewing in the patient's chart at any time. The doctor can annotate any area of the document with temporary Pop-Up Notes at the given position in the document, letting the transcriptionist know of the change. MEDENT also offers a voice note feature, which allows you to tell the transcriptionist exactly what you want.
