We offer a very extensive volume of medical content, for more than thirty different specialities. This is developed by our Medical Content Library department (MCL). Content for CC, HPI, ROS, Exams, Procedures and other areas are included. The entries follow the E/M guidelines and have the bullet required for the level of service built right in. Data is automatically pulled from other areas of the MEDENT system to create a customized personal note containing such important information as patient's name, date of birth, vital signs, problems, or anything else you deem important. Having all of this available on a progress note helps to reduce redundant research and paperwork in the office.

The S.O.A.P. sections of a document component can be formatted into a master document in its proper S.O.A.P. section so that when a component is selected and brought into a Master Progress Note, it loads very quickly and completely.
